A MODERN APPROACH TO
The decision to move forward with a divorce or a custody proceeding is never an easy one. The life that you’ve created for you and your loved ones can change in an instant. Whether it’s moving to a new home, deciding how to manage a parenting schedule for your children, or taking a hard look at the finances needed to run two homes instead of one, facing this ordeal is scary and challenging. With families like yours in mind, Kristen C. Strieker sought out to start a family law practice that would set her apart from other family court lawyers. She accomplishes that goal by providing a more modern approach to family law, with the aim of moving her clients through the difficult transition in a new way.
Instead of the stereotypical mindset many have about divorce cases and “custody battles,” all which perpetuate a fear of having a “nasty divorce,” Kristen’s mindset on family law is based heavily on the belief that the right guidance will navigate you through your family law case with less stress, less exhaustion of your resources, and less animosity. Most importantly, Kristen will put you back in the driver’s seat of your future. She will be there with you every step of the way, ensuring you always feel you are informed of your options, and that your opinions and wishes are heard.
